Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive growth and performance of the Earth & Environment service lines across the Mid-Atlantic region, expanding market share and client value.
  • •Lead and manage performance of approximately 600 employees, shaping clients, people, and project delivery culture.
  • •Set strategic direction and lead execution of annual business plans in collaboration with regional and national leaders.
  • •Own financial performance, including budgeting, operational efficiencies, and overall responsibility for client project portfolio performance.
  • •Serve as executive sponsor for major client relationships and lead contract/commercial negotiations, dispute resolution, and governance of technical/commercial risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree in a Civil or Environmental related discipline (or similar).
  • •15+ years of experience in environmental sciences and civil engineering with progressively increasing leadership responsibilities.
  • •Significant experience leading earth and environment business across end-markets and client types (e.g., remediation, construction inspection, geotechnical, environmental planning/permitting, cultural/natural resources, environmental water sciences).
  • •Experience managing profit and loss performance and operations for complex, scaled earth and environment services with demonstrated growth and margin performance.
  • •Strong track record leading organizations through change, creating synergistic growth, and driving cross-disciplinary collaboration across multi-disciplinary businesses.
