Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead complex, cross-domain analysis initiatives by defining the problem, analysis scope, approach, dependencies, and BA capacity.
  • •Coordinate Domain BAs across design and implementation to keep analysis coherent and resolve cross-domain conflicts.
  • •Own requirements coherence across domain boundaries to prevent contradictory or overlapping requirements.
  • •Lead requirements elicitation and facilitate high-ambiguity/senior-stakeholder initiatives, including feasibility and options analysis with recommendations.
  • •Build up business architecture by ensuring BA artefacts feed architecture decisions, and support cross-domain UAT planning and end-to-end test coverage maps.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree-level education, or professional experience with equivalent knowledge.
  • •Substantial track record of business analysis in complex, multi-domain organisations; publishing/content/platform experience is an advantage.
  • •Demonstrated experience scoping and leading large, complex or cross-domain analysis initiatives end-to-end, including coordinating multiple BAs through design and implementation.
  • •Demonstrated experience setting BA standards and methodology in a federated/distributed delivery environment.
  • •Comfort working alongside enterprise/business architects on capability-driven analysis and recording architectural decisions; confident engaging senior stakeholders and coaching BAs (even without line management).
