Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and drive Strategic Dialogue (SD) and Planning Dialogue (PD) activities for AZAP Ops & IT functions across the regional office and operating entities.
  • •Serve as the main point of contact for Ops & IT planning, ensuring alignment with the AZAP Finance SD and PD coordinator and on-time, quality deliverables.
  • •Provide market insights via industrial networks, business partners, and Group/country sharings to the regional Ops & IT community.
  • •Build, review, and enhance regional Ops & IT strategies aligned with Group direction; recommend and support operating entities on their strategy plans.
  • •Deliver Regional Ops & IT storyboards as SD and PD outputs for RCOO presentation to Group leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, or Insurance studies.
  • •8–10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in business planning, management consulting, transformation portfolio management, preferably in insurance operations and IT (regional or local).
  • •Excellent executive communication and strong business strategy proposition skills.
  • •Advanced data analytics ability to navigate ambiguity and turn complex metrics into clear management insights.
  • •Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence without direct authority; AI skills (ChatGPT, Copilot) are an advantage.
