Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, validate, and maintain manufacturing methods, process flows, assembly procedures, and operation sequences.
  • •Partner with Design Engineering, NPI, Quality, and Operations to support transition of new products into manufacturing.
  • •Review, launch, approve, and execute Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), including process changes and work instruction updates.
  • •Apply Design for Excellence (DFx) methods such as DFM, DFA, and DFC to improve manufacturing efficiency.
  • •Lead structured problem-solving (e.g., 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, Pareto) and drive CAPA using manufacturing, quality, and test data.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •0-2 years of engineering experience in manufacturing, production, process engineering, industrial engineering, or NPI environments.
  • •Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering documentation, mechanical assemblies, and production operations.
  • •Experience analyzing data and using problem-solving methodologies to investigate manufacturing or quality issues.
  • •Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and strong written and verbal communication skills.
