Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
  • •Evaluate customers’ homes and recommend/sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
  • •Educate homeowners on how to use their new system.
  • •Conduct a safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for both technician and customers.
  • •Develop through ongoing coaching and training to grow within the organization.
