  • •Lead continuous improvement activities (Kaizen, 5S, SMED, Pareto) and drive projects such as new line installation and new product launches.
  • •Manage team performance and evaluations, ensure compliance with site safety rules, BPF/BPD, and oversee budgets for direct labor and losses (formulas/packaging).

Key Requirements

  • •8 years of proven experience in a similar industrial role with direct management.

  • •A good level of English is required for daily exchanges.
