Job Summary

E&I Engineer to support the Aberdeen-based Engineering Hub for a 6-month duration, ensuring availability and commissioning readiness of electrical, instrumentation, control, and automation systems. Works with PDE team, yard, FPSO construction, MC and commissioning groups, providing technical E&I support and interfacing with multi-disciplinary teams to meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical support within the E&I discipline to ensure availability of electrical, instrumentation, control and automation systems for commissioning
•Maintain daily contact with FPSO construction, MC and commissioning teams to align on E&I activities
•Plan, coordinate and execute responses to all E&I issues within the project
•Liaise with Construction, MC, commissioning and E&I Superintendent and Engineering teams
•Provide E&I solutions and investigate system improvements in collaboration with the engineering department

Key Requirements

•Technical education at bachelor level or higher in Electrical engineering or equivalent
•Strong relevant engineering experience with site support
•Recent experience on modification projects and/or FPSO redeployment is desirable
•Recent experience on UK North Sea projects is an advantage
•Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multidisciplined project team
