Job Summary

Drive revenue growth for Global Payments Solutions by selling and supporting Regional Treasury Centre offerings to clients in the Netherlands and other HSBC markets. Build and manage a client portfolio, act as a cash management sparring partner, and lead complex deal structuring including RFI/RFPs. Partner with Product, Implementation, and Client Services to ensure timely implementation, escalate cash management issues, and cross-sell GPS solutions to new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

•Sell and support Global Payments Solutions (GPS) to clients in the Netherlands and other HSBC markets.
•Develop and manage a portfolio of Regional Treasury Centre clients.
•Serve as a sparring partner on cash management for external treasurers and internal stakeholders including Relationship Managers.
•Lead and/or participate in complex sales and deal structuring, including RFI/RFPs, and provide insight on liquidity solutions and transaction structures.
•Act as an escalation point for cash management issues and coordinate with Client Connectivity, Product, Implementation, and Client Services to ensure timely implementation and continuous plan tracking.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 106,000 - 130,000

•Cash management, Sales, or Treasury track record, with demonstrable Payments and Liquidity product knowledge (ERP, TMS, Channels, Swift, file formats, liquidity products, pooling, etc.).

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging client senior management.
•Knowledge of market needs and competitive environment.
•Fluent English capability and proficient knowledge of local country market regulations.
