Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning, organization, scheduling, direction, and control of complex data center construction projects to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.
  • •Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement activities, contractors, vendors, and consultants, including forecasts and contingencies.
  • •Oversee construction progress and quality assurance, validate work-in-place, and review/approve capital expenditure requests and contractor estimates.
  • •Coordinate commissioning, integrated systems testing (IST), startup activities, and support transition from construction to commissioning and final handover.
  • •Manage risks and project governance: maintain risk registers, facilitate risk workshops, monitor critical path/milestones, and handle change orders, variation requests, claims, and payment applications.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 10 years managing large-scale construction projects.
  • •Proven experience delivering mission-critical facilities, including data centers and other critical environment projects.
  • •Strong understanding of data center MEP systems (power distribution, UPS, generators, cooling infrastructure, and BMS/EPMS).
  • •Experience managing commissioning and integrated systems testing, including phased handovers and operational readiness programs.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related discipline; PMP/PMI/CCM certification preferred.
