Trainee Operations Management

Support day-to-day production and operational performance as an Operations Management Trainee. Use independent judgment and data analysis to spot trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across safety, quality, yield, and efficiency. Troubleshoot operational issues, partner with cross-functional teams, help monitor compliance, and support planning for staffing and production flow. Build equipment and systems knowledge while developing leadership capability for future supervisor roles.
