  • •Coordinate consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders to align scope, schedule, and quality expectations.
  • •Manage project cost, programme, risk, and change controls.
  • •Monitor compliance with approvals, permits, contractual obligations, and governance frameworks.
  • •Support reporting, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • •Experience supporting project, development, or construction delivery environments.
  • •Strong coordination, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
  • •Understanding of cost control, scheduling, and risk management principles.
