Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the liaison between the customer and the business unit to ensure customer issues are understood and solutions are delivered.
  • •Provide highly visible customer support through on-site installations and oversee diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years in Semiconductor Capital Equipment or a similar high-tech industry.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (preferred).
  • •Knowledge of 3 or more processes on 1 or more technologies.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot complex problems and conduct root-cause analyses for process engineering and customer product issues.
