Lead day-to-day operations of the Quality Assurance Lab, maintaining QA Ignition Software and QA Robots, and coordinating QA work across shifts. Train QA Inspectors and Technicians, monitor processes and controls, troubleshoot quality issues, and improve measurement and testing methods. Oversee gauge calibrations and verifications, maintain the SPC database, and support special customer and product development testing, including CQV runs and samples.

•Maintain the Quality Assurance Lab, QA Ignition Software, and QA Robots on the floor.
•Communicate with QA Inspectors and QA Technicians from all shifts and support their training.
•Monitor, report on, and troubleshoot processes and controls; improve measurement techniques and testing.
•Monitor, maintain, and oversee gauge calibrations/verifications in all labs and QA Robots; maintain the SPC database.
•Perform special testing as specified by customers and Product Development, and support CQV runs, size studies, or other special runs/samples.
