Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Lead production staff on the 2nd shift, driving plant process improvement to meet production, quality, and cost goals. Monitor throughput, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure materials, equipment, and people are available to maintain schedules. Train employees, supervise sanitation to support a clean and food-safe environment, and enforce plant policies and safety programs, including lock-out/tag-out and confined space entry.
