Key Responsibilities

  • •Work closely with business teams to understand data goals, pain points, and day-to-day needs, then identify metric frameworks and insight opportunities.
  • •Translate business requirements into data requirements and own the full lifecycle from event tracking design through data modeling, metric definition, dashboard design, launch, and acceptance.
  • •Lead the definition and standardization of core metrics, unify calculation logic, and implement dashboards for consistent analysis and end-to-end traceability.
  • •Partner with business teams to promote data tools within departments and establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for adoption.
  • •Continuously monitor event tracking and metric stability to ensure consistency and help drive standardized data governance processes.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in data product management or related roles, ideally at leading internet/technology companies.
  • •Strong familiarity with data ecosystems including event tracking systems, A/B testing frameworks, metric systems, and BI data pipelines.
  • •Hands-on design or management experience across data systems for metrics and analytics.
  • •Ability to quickly understand complex business logic and turn ambiguous requirements into actionable solutions.
  • •English and Mandarin Chinese proficiency sufficient for working and liaising with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
