Job Summary

Oversee Ghost deployments and incident resolution for Anduril’s UAS platform. •Triage, diagnose and root cause product incidents, perform postmortems, and drive resolution while improving system reliability through logs, diagnostics, and Linux/NIXOS tooling.
•Enhance fleet observability and telemetry in partnership with product teams and build processes for proactive communications (service bulletins, software upgrades).
•Support global customers with proactive communication and issue tracking, ensuring timely resolution of incidents.
•Propose process and product improvements based on customer feedback and metrics.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 112,000 - 149,000 annually
