Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and supervise the daily restaurant operation, ensuring exceptional standards in service, safety, cleanliness, and presentation.
  • •Ensure strict compliance with Forbes LQA, corporate standards, Palmilla standards, and FSMS protocols.
  • •Train, mentor, and continuously develop team members to uphold luxury service standards and food safety compliance.
  • •Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence through daily coaching and performance follow-up.
  • •Prepare staff schedules, manage payroll controls, and coordinate vacation planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in luxury hotel restaurants or five-star properties.
  • •Strong knowledge of Forbes LQA standards and FSMS protocols in luxury hospitality.
  • •Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
  • •Experience using operational systems such as Alice, Micros, 7Rooms, or similar platforms.
