Key Responsibilities

•Lead and supervise the daily restaurant operation, ensuring exceptional standards in service, safety, cleanliness, and presentation.
•Ensure strict compliance with Forbes LQA, corporate standards, Palmilla standards, and FSMS protocols.
•Train, mentor, and continuously develop team members to uphold luxury service standards and food safety compliance.
•Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence through daily coaching and performance follow-up.
•Prepare staff schedules, manage payroll controls, and coordinate vacation planning.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in luxury hotel restaurants or five-star properties.
•Strong knowledge of Forbes LQA standards and FSMS protocols in luxury hospitality.
•Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
•Experience using operational systems such as Alice, Micros, 7Rooms, or similar platforms.
•Proven leadership ability with experience managing and motivating multicultural teams.
