Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical and sales support to the Trane field organization via phone/email, customer interactions, and customer factory visits while supporting commercialization strategy.
  • •Create and maintain marketing documentation, literature, and presentations to educate sales teams, highlight product advantages, and support bid strategies.
  • •Travel to support sales offices, corporate events, customer sites, and tradeshows for chiller equipment presentations and sales discussions.
  • •Partner with engineering, product management, marketing, operations, and software teams to align product positioning, resolve issues, and improve tools and processes.
  • •Support pricing and bid strategies, configure equipment in Trane Select Assist, develop software requirements, and train new field sales engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or related technical discipline).
