Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and coordinate the project’s MEP activities.
  • •Coordinate logistics for the remodeling of an occupied building across construction phases and contractors.
  • •Verify construction development according to drawings and specifications and support direct contact with the Dirección Facultativa.
  • •Track contractor progress and quality plans, review construction change orders, and review operations & maintenance manuals.

Key Requirements

  • •Architectural Technical / Building Engineering / Architecture or Building Engineering degree (Titulación).
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience.
  • •Proficiency with project/program tools: Microsoft Project (or similar), Microsoft D365 (Ofimática), and/or AutoCAD.
  • •Experience in tertiary construction (especially shopping centers) and building projects.
