Job Summary

Drive complex client launches end to end for dental revenue cycle management (RCM), from intake and kickoff through go-live and post-launch stabilization. Partner with Sales and Success to build mutual action plans, orchestrate internal teams and client sequencing to meet delivery timelines, and execute operational steps across scheduling, install, training, and readiness. Maintain accurate clinic reporting and stage-gate tracking in Salesforce and trackers while proactively surfacing blockers and building automation to speed future launches.

Key Responsibilities

•Own launch implementation end to end from intake and kickoff through go-live and post-launch stabilization.
•Drive complex RCM product launches with hands-on front-line RCM execution and coordination of expert resources.
•Partner with Sales and Success to build and manage client mutual action plans and ensure effective relationship management.
•Orchestrate internal teams and the client to get clinics live, sequencing delivery to hit timelines.
•Execute operational steps across resourcing, scheduling, install, training, and readiness while surfacing and resolving blockers and risks.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 1 year of RCM experience in the US-based dental industry.
•Experience in implementation, onboarding, or project coordination, ideally in SaaS or healthcare tech.
•Ability to manage multiple moving launches and follow through without dropping details.
•Confident, client-facing communication with operational stakeholders (e.g., office managers, IT).
•Fluency with Salesforce and spreadsheets, with an instinct to automate repetitive work.
