Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Long Wall employees to maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas across facilities.
  • •Support facilities maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, and preventative maintenance (including basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs).
  • •Diagnose issues with building systems and equipment, identify root causes, and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime.
  • •Conduct campus inspections, evaluate conditions, and recommend areas for repair and upgrades.
  • •Operate work through mobile CMMS, respond promptly to emergencies, and support external vendors and contractors onsite for larger projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficient and comfortable using hand and power tools to complete facilities work.
  • •Familiarity with PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and OSHA safety requirements.
  • •Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, or facility drawings.
  • •Experience using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or similar work order/maintenance tracking software.
  • •High school diploma or equivalency plus 3 to 5 years of facilities maintenance and repair experience (or 1 to 2 years with specialized training/certification in relevant disciplines). US person status is required for ITAR access.
