Job Summary

Work with clients to understand workforce and employment needs, then design tailored Employer Record (EOR) and global payroll solutions aligned to compliance requirements. Deliver product demos, guide clients through legal and risk considerations, and act as a trusted advisor throughout implementation. Partner with legal, finance, and operations teams to build scalable multi-product solutions, provide ongoing support during rollout, and create training and educational materials.

Key Responsibilities

•Consult with clients to understand workforce and employment needs and assess goals and challenges for tailored EOR solutions.
•Design comprehensive multi-product solutions aligned with client requirements and compliance standards, including running technology demos.
•Stay current on global employment laws and regulations, guide compliance issues, and help clients mitigate risks.
•Serve as a trusted advisor by building relationships and communicating EOR/global payroll solutions effectively.
•Support implementation by coordinating with project managers and teams, providing ongoing client support, and delivering training and educational materials.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
•Proven experience as a Solutions Consultant (or similar), focused on Employer of Record services.
•Strong understanding of global employment laws and regulations.
•Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant solutions.
•Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with strong research, problem-solving, and process development skills.
