Key Responsibilities

  • •Consult with clients to understand workforce and employment needs and assess goals and challenges for tailored EOR solutions.
  • •Design comprehensive multi-product solutions aligned with client requirements and compliance standards, including running technology demos.
  • •Stay current on global employment laws and regulations, guide compliance issues, and help clients mitigate risks.
  • •Serve as a trusted advisor by building relationships and communicating EOR/global payroll solutions effectively.
  • •Support implementation by coordinating with project managers and teams, providing ongoing client support, and delivering training and educational materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • •Proven experience as a Solutions Consultant (or similar), focused on Employer of Record services.
  • •Strong understanding of global employment laws and regulations.
  • •Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant solutions.
  • •Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with strong research, problem-solving, and process development skills.
