Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan maintenance activities and maintain SAP PM system data and reporting.
  • •Analyze maintenance data and P.M. work orders to support maintenance planning and scheduling tied to equipment history.
  • •Maintain and develop enterprise-wide preventative maintenance best practices and recommend modifications to improve reliability and labor utilization.
  • •Ensure maintenance work is planned with required skill and safety training, including reviewing time expectations to complete tasks.
  • •Administer maintenance shift scheduling, work order backlog, and scheduled downtime planning with parts availability; provide KPI-based feedback to the maintenance manager and coordinate with engineering and operations support on special projects/CIR development.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum high school or GED diploma; special training in maintenance or additional post-high school education preferred.
  • •Minimum two years of in-house mechanical experience; formal mechanical skills training from Tyson maintenance training.
  • •Knowledge of parts room procedures and policies; previous experience planning and scheduling maintenance management is a plus.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and SAP preferred (or ability to learn SAP quickly).
