Technical Accounting Lead

Own technical accounting judgments and develop, review, and apply company accounting policies for complex transactions. Monitor changes to US GAAP, SEC guidance, and PCAOB regulations, perform impact analysis, and lead implementation efforts. Partner with business leaders and external auditors to resolve technical issues, support external reporting, and assist internal/external audits. Lead impairment analysis and support acquisition/disposition purchase price accounting, plus quarterly training on relevant topics.
