Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and assess technical accounting issues in complex transactions and prepare technical memorandums.
  • •Write, revise, and/or review company accounting policies and guide the organization on their application.
  • •Assess accounting standard, SEC, and PCAOB updates; perform impact analysis and lead implementation efforts.
  • •Support external reporting and resolve technical accounting issues with external auditors; assist with internal and external audits.
  • •Lead impairment analysis and assist deal teams with pre- and post-deal accounting, including purchase price accounting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
  • •CPA required.
  • •9-12+ years of experience, including at least 4-6 years in public accounting; Big 4 experience strongly preferred.

  • •Strong project management skills and effective communication, planning, and leadership.
