Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer and maintain Azure DevOps and GitHub organizations, including projects, repositories, pipelines, permissions, and policies.
  • •Manage platform governance (branch protections, environment controls, repository standards) and support onboarding/configuration and lifecycle management of development tools and integrations.
  • •Provide identity, access, and security management for CI/CD and automation workflows, including service principals, managed identities, token lifecycle management, and secure authentication/authorization patterns.
  • •Build, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines across Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions; improve build/test/deployment workflows and promote automation, artifact management, and release engineering best practices.
  • •Implement security tooling (SAST, dependency scanning, secrets detection, policy enforcement) and participate in incident response and documentation of standards and platform configurations.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on administration of Azure DevOps and GitHub in an enterprise environment.
  • •Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts, pipelines, and automation workflows.
  • •Experience managing service principals, tokens, and identity-based automation for CI/CD and integrations.
  • •IAM knowledge including RBAC, least privilege, credential hygiene, and secure authentication/authorization patterns.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot platform, pipeline, identity, integration issues, and REST APIs, plus experience with code scanning/dependency/secrets tooling and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
