Key Responsibilities

  • •Review construction submittals, RFIs, design clarifications, shop drawings, and technical queries, providing routine engineering responses without escalation.
  • •Validate DJV and EOR technical responses for impacts to scope, schedule, cost, safety, and field feasibility.
  • •Resolve technical issues from field conditions, proposed changes, and contractor means and methods; escalate only the most complex issues.
  • •Support preparation and issuance of Released for Construction (RFC) drawings and documentation.
  • •Function as a liaison across the Owner, DJV, Construction Managers, and contractors to maintain alignment, and manage submittal/RFI lifecycles with tracking and reporting.
