Job Summary

Hands-on Salesforce Developer lead role focused on designing, building, and deploying AI-powered Salesforce Agentforce agents and related Cloud solutions. You’ll work with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, LWC, and integrations, driving AI-driven automation and grounded, retrieval-augmented experiences while mentoring juniors and delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and deploy Agentforce agents using Agent Builder, including topics, actions, and instructions.
•Develop custom Agent Actions using Apex, Flow, and Prompt Templates to extend agent capabilities.
•Build and tune Prompt Templates in Prompt Builder for grounded, context-aware AI responses.
•Implement Einstein Trust Layer controls—data masking, toxicity detection, and audit logging.
•Collaborate with Architects, Functional Consultants, and Business Analysts to translate requirements into technical designs and own deployments through SFDX, Git, and CI/CD tools.

Key Requirements

•6-8 years of total Salesforce development experience
•Hands-on experience delivering at least 2 end-to-end Salesforce implementations as a developer or senior developer
•Expertise in Salesforce core clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and automation
•Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations (REST/SOAP)
•Experience with Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Einstein Copilot, Data Cloud, and CI/CD deployments (SFDX, Git)
