Key Responsibilities

  • ā€¢Design, build, and ship full stack product experiences that help people and teams delegate meaningful work to persistent AI coworkers.
  • ā€¢Create frontend interfaces for directing agents, reviewing progress, understanding actions, and collaborating on produced work.
  • ā€¢Build backend APIs, services, and data models to support persistent agent state, asynchronous execution, orchestration, and progress reporting.
  • ā€¢Develop workflows for agents to access relevant context, use tools, and collaborate across workplace surfaces and channels.
  • ā€¢Partner with product, design, research, and engineering teams to turn capabilities into cohesive products and build trust through clear controls and reliable operations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 293,000 - 385,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • ā€¢7+ years of professional full-stack or product engineering experience, ideally shipping user-facing products in product-driven or enterprise environments.
  • ā€¢Track record of shipping polished frontend products and production backend systems with meaningful ownership across the full stack.
  • ā€¢Strong frontend skills with TypeScript and React, plus modern web application development and usability-focused interaction design.
  • ā€¢Experience building backend services, APIs, data models, and production systems in Python, Go, Rust, TypeScript, or similar languages.
  • ā€¢Ability to reason about asynchronous work and stateful, reliable systems, including security and performance tradeoffs for trust-sensitive user experiences.
