•Participate in the full feature lifecycle, from planning through release and customer support.

•Plan solutions ahead of coding, reuse patterns and best practices, and submit well-documented merge requests.
•Participate in RFC/RFD reviews, promote best practices in code reviews, and provide peer feedback.
