Customer Sales Associate

Work as a trusted advisor for customers visiting Trane Supply stores, supporting parts and equipment issue resolution while driving sales. Manage order processing with high accuracy, respond to inquiries and complaints, and keep current on Trane product offerings, promotions, and extensions. Build customer relationships through phone and in-person interactions, and assist with warehouse/inventory tasks as needed while supporting a safety-focused, fast-paced environment.
