Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage business users to define scope, understand business processes, problem statements, and pain points.
  • •Identify key stakeholders, perform stakeholder analysis, and support risk identification and mitigation approaches.
  • •Run client requirement workshops, identify gaps, and propose realistic solutions within agreed project scope; contribute until client sign-off.
  • •Analyze requirements and prepare business process documents (BRDs, user stories, discussion logs, workflows), including keeping the requirement traceability matrix updated.
  • •Participate in UAT and support QA by providing feedback on test cases; assist with production of collaterals such as user guides and SOP documents.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong background in the end-to-end lending lifecycle (lead management through loan servicing, collateral management, exposure calculations, credit memos, delinquency handling).
  • •Understanding of retail and corporate loan products (e.g., personal loans, mortgages, vehicle loans, credit cards, term loans, overdrafts, working capital, credit lines, trade finance).
  • •Experience documenting business requirements and process flows (BRDs, user stories, workflows, requirement elicitation through workshops) using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • •Worked on Salesforce/nCino platform products and services; familiarity with banking applications such as FinnOne Neo, Finacle, Flexcube, TCS BaNCS, T24, and TSYS is preferred/plus.
  • •Experience managing projects from inception through design to delivery across Agile and waterfall SDLCs, with strong communication and stakeholder management.
