Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute deals across the full R&W insurance and tax liability placement lifecycle, from client intake through transaction signing/closing.
  • •Engage with clients, insurance carriers, and internal teams to build and maintain trust and confidence.
  • •Prepare detailed analyses to support underwriting and placement decisions for client and carrier meetings.
  • •Lead or support long-term initiatives and critical projects within the Transaction Liability team.
  • •Provide leadership by mentoring and developing staff while cultivating insurer and insurer-client-broker relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • •Strong presentation, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
  • •Juris Doctorate (JD) preferred.
