Key Responsibilities

•Own the day-to-day management of strategic partnerships from post-signature through renewal or conclusion, partnering closely with Business Development, Product, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, building trusted relationships and delivering an outstanding partner experience.
•Lead partner launches by coordinating timelines, managing operational activities, and resolving issues quickly and effectively.
•Build strong relationships across partner organizations through regular business reviews, performance discussions, and strategic planning sessions.
•Collaborate with partners to develop and optimize marketing initiatives that increase awareness, drive user acquisition, and support conversion from Free to Premium.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, partner management, alliance management, global account management, or subscriber acquisition.
•Experience in industries such as management consulting, telecommunications, media, content distribution, or subscription-based consumer products/services with strong knowledge of the European market.
•Understanding of commercial agreements, operational processes, marketing channels, and metrics driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
•Experience collaborating across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Business Development teams.
•Fluency in English and proven ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
