Job Summary

Provide operational support to the Sales Operations team across pre-sales, contracting, and renewals for the Government, Funder, and Non-Profit (GFN) segment. Maintain accurate contract information in Salesforce, support legal in signing contracts, and manage repositories of customer and vendor contracts. Respond to time-sensitive requests for RFPs and registrations, help drive process improvements, and collaborate across Sales, Finance, Legal, and segment teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide operational, administrative, and clerical support to sales, finance, and legal, focusing on pre-sales, contracting, and customer renewals.
•Keep Salesforce updated with accurate customer contract information for use by internal teams.
•Support the legal team to ensure approved contracts are signed by the right signees.
•Maintain central repositories of customer and vendor contracts where applicable.
•Respond to timely requests for retention and key document timelines (e.g., contracts, RFPs, registrations) and identify process improvements with the Sales Operations Manager.

•Bachelor’s degree, ideally business related.
•2–3 years of experience in an operations-focused role, ideally sales-related.
•Salesforce knowledge is a requirement.
