Associate Director of Events and Engagement, Development

Own end-to-end events for GCU Development, partnering with the Advancement team to plan, execute, and improve supporter and partner experiences. Serve as the single owner for events with dates, venues, and guest lists, coordinating vendors, logistics, budgets, and risk compliance. Lead post-event debriefs and reporting on attendance, engagement, and outcomes, and support stewardship and follow-up while collaborating on university partnership activations.
