Job Summary

Serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers, guiding data and AI transformation on the Databricks Lakehouse Platform. Lead architecture workshops and translate business needs into solution designs, implementation plans, and technical roadmaps. Support delivery and adoption by optimizing scalability, performance, security, and cost for data engineering, analytics, ML, and GenAI workloads. Provide mentoring and executive-facing presentations while partnering with sales teams on pre-sales and proof-of-concepts.

•Act as primary technical advisor for strategic Databricks customers.
•Design and review scalable data, analytics, and AI architectures leveraging the Databricks Lakehouse Platform.
•Lead architecture workshops, solution design sessions, and technical roadmap discussions.
•Support successful implementation and adoption, reviewing workloads for scalability, performance, security, and cost optimization.
•Partner with sales and account teams during engagements, including pre-sales, proof-of-concepts, and proposal support.

•Proficiency with Databricks components and tooling, including Databricks Data Intelligence Platform, Apache Spark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and Python/SQL (plus experience with Azure/AWS/GCP).
