Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and operate one or more varieties of roll threaders under close supervision to meet print requirements.
  • •Maintain quality by following SPC procedures, completing SPC sampling/charting, and supporting first piece inspection.
  • •Read manufacturing blueprints, select proper tooling (or tool rework with supervision), and maintain required quality levels without exceeding scrap limits.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs as needed; observe machine operation and report problems to lead/supervisor.
  • •Ensure safety/OSHA compliance, complete required production documentation and shift change communications, and maintain clean work areas after each order.
