Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (volume, value, margin) and execute sales plans aligned with business strategy.
  • •Manage customer and key account relationships with OEMs, distributors, and industrial customers, including inquiries, negotiations, and order finalization.
  • •Identify and develop new customers, applications, and market segments; expand presence in existing territories and support channel/dealer development if applicable.
  • •Prepare sales forecasts and maintain order pipelines, tracking order intake, execution status, and dispatch commitments; maintain accurate sales data in CRM/sales tracking systems.
  • •Coordinate cross-functionally with production, planning, quality, finance, and dispatch to ensure realistic delivery commitments and support documentation/proposal inputs.

Key Requirements

  • •BE / BTech in Mechanical Engineering.
  • •Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
  • •Strong sales execution and customer-handling skills.
  • •Good understanding of industrial products (preferably pumps or hydraulics).
  • •Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, and ERP systems.
