Physicist (m/f/d) Particle Beam Technology / Semiconductor Control

Design and develop inspection and metrology systems for semiconductor manufacturing, using physics-based research to define system concepts, requirements, and statistically valid experiments. Engineer and qualify modules, troubleshoot field and lab physics issues, and support application and system problem solving. Plan and execute feasibility studies, evaluate new technologies and competitors, and guide less experienced physicists while contributing to vendor and customer technical engagements.
