Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute capital and engineering projects from concept through commissioning and closure, including brownfield upgrades and greenfield infrastructure and production system projects.
  • •Lead automation and machine-control projects using PLC/HMI/SCADA, including developing/reviewing I/O lists, control philosophies, sequence logic, and troubleshooting during commissioning and production.
  • •Drive machine integration into existing manufacturing lines, ensuring safety circuits, interlocks, and emergency stop functionality, and coordinating FAT/SAT and handover to Operations/Maintenance.
  • •Support CAPEX planning and technical/commercial documentation, manage vendor selection inputs, track expenditure vs. approved budget/AFE, and maintain project trackers and as-built documentation.
  • •Coordinate EHS/compliance activities (e.g., HIRA, FMEA, MOC, PSSR, risk assessments), and collaborate with IT/OT/cybersecurity teams to ensure OT systems meet cybersecurity requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Automation Engineering.
  • •9–10 years of relevant experience in projects, automation, controls, or engineering in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience executing capital projects and machine automation in manufacturing settings.
  • •Ability to support automation and control work involving PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems.
  • •Experience coordinating vendors/OEMs and delivering projects through commissioning and handover.
