  • •Manage subpoena requests from intake through completion, including responses involving government agencies.
  • •Coordinate litigation support by reviewing pleadings, drafting legal responses, maintaining litigation records, and assisting with discovery and customer complaint matters.
  • •Research complex legal and business issues and prepare recommendations, memoranda, correspondence, contracts, and other documents for attorney review.
  • •Prepare governmental filings, including SEC filings, and serve as a liaison with outside counsel, government agencies, shareholders, and internal business partners.
  • •Support loan servicing by monitoring liens and related legal matters, including mortgagee contest, eminent domain, condominium amendments, and indirect auto legal matters.
