Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute defined parts of workstreams or small-scale projects with limited complexity, starting engagement with customers as part of a broader team.
  • •Manage delivery requirements by updating project plans with task assignments, milestones, and dependencies using Cisco templates.
  • •Track resource demands and deliverable completion, addressing minor delays or escalating potential delivery risks.
  • •Prepare status reports and support financial tracking by preparing basic budget estimates and entering resource utilization data into Cisco delivery systems.
  • •Coordinate partner deliverables and contract-related updates, including managing governance activities such as invoicing, payment tracking, and forecasting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s with 2 years of related experience, or Master’s with 0 years, or 6 years of related experience.
  • •PM CAPM expected.
  • •Track customer feedback and prepare basic status/reporting to support short-term outcomes.
  • •Escalate risks or misalignments to senior team members based on customer and SOW understanding.
  • •Use delivery tools and Cisco templates to document requirements, plans, task assignments, milestones, and dependencies.
