Training Delivery Specialist

Deliver high-quality training programs through in-person and virtual instruction, while designing engaging, standards-aligned course materials. Conduct Training Needs Analyses (TNA) to keep content relevant and learner-focused, and adapt delivery for diverse cohorts and bilingual environments. Manage the full training lifecycle, support accreditation and internal audit requirements, and continuously improve training effectiveness using learner feedback and evaluation data.
