Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead PH supply chain replenishment planning (demand, supply, inventory management) and serve as the single point of contact.
  • •Process and maintain systems: manage SAP PO processing, update PIR/ICP quarterly, review JDA/SAP exceptions, and extend MDG product codes.
  • •Monitor shipments to ensure arrival and release as planned; follow up with internal/external parties and proactively communicate shipment updates.
  • •Coordinate demand inputs with the sales team and ensure submissions are on time for monthly cycle demand planning.
  • •Manage inventory with the warehouse team (including virtual stock counts) and provide supply chain reports and month-end closing reporting.
