Key Responsibilities

  • •Welcome showroom visitors professionally, create a premium first impression, and provide refreshments while ensuring guests are comfortably attended to.
  • •Manage visitor/customer flow by monitoring appointments, coordinating with the sales team, and directing customers to the appropriate sales consultant.
  • •Register customer information accurately in the CRM system or visitor log, maintain visitor records and daily showroom reports, and support administrative tasks.
  • •Handle incoming telephone calls and showroom email inquiries professionally and route them to the relevant departments.
  • •Act as a brand ambassador for EXEED by maintaining showroom presentation standards, supporting events/product launches, and ensuring customer interactions meet brand standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Customer Service, or a related field.
  • •1–3 years of experience in reception, front desk, hospitality, luxury retail, automotive, or customer service roles.
  • •Experience using CRM systems (preferred) and accuracy in visitor registration and reporting.
  • •Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Fluency in English (spoken and written) with Arabic skills highly preferred.
