Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage results-driven, fast-growing sales teams in Japan.
•Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive regional and country-level revenue growth and agency engagement.
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders to tailor digital advertising solutions to client objectives and optimize e-commerce and non-e-commerce performance.
•Identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in digital ads and e-commerce to stay ahead of competitors.
•Represent TikTok at industry events and track sales performance metrics, reporting progress to senior management.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of agency sales or account management experience in digital advertising and/or e-commerce.
•Experience working with media agencies and strong networks/relationships with media agencies in SEA.

•Familiarity with e-commerce business models, marketplaces, and customer acquisition strategies.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
