Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and supervise the Southwest Dams and Hydropower Department serving Arizona, Utah, and Southern California areas.
  • •Deliver business results, including sales, revenue, profitability, and growth.
  • •Maintain and develop business with existing and new clients.
  • •Oversee project performance and team performance, providing direction and leadership to the team.
  • •Oversee design and engineering work for dams, spillways, appurtenant structures, hydropower projects, and geotechnical engineering services; manage scope/schedule/budget, proposals, estimates, quality reviews, and independent technical reviews.

Salary: USD 185,000 - 235,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS Degree in engineering or related field plus 10 years of relevant experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership.
  • •Experience in dams (e.g., risk assessment, hydraulic structures) or related areas.
  • •7+ years of progressive experience managing departments or teams of similar sizes.
  • •Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • •Demonstrated contributions through publications, presentations, committee/board memberships in industry events and professional associations.
