General Workers - Contract

Entry-level production role at Sika's Nilai facility responsible for safe day-to-day manufacturing tasks. You’ll follow safety rules, assist in loading and operating equipment (mixers, control room, packing machines, forklift), perform pallet wrapping and labeling, handle deliveries/unloading in day shifts, and contribute to preventive maintenance. Ideal for candidates with basic reading skills and ability to communicate in English or Bahasa Malaysia.
