Key Responsibilities

•Deliver language, voice, and accent and soft-skills training for voice and non-voice teams in classroom and virtual formats.
•Perform daily audits across voice, email, and chat to support business operations.

•Maintain regular touchpoints with floor and trainees to map and drive improvements.

Key Requirements

•2 years’ experience delivering voice and accent training, with excellent communication skills (CEFR C1).
•Strong facilitation skills for classroom and virtual training sessions.
•Ability to coach and provide actionable feedback to trainees.
•Proficiency in MS Office tools.
•Instructional design skills.
