Job Summary

Own and strengthen the global trade compliance program while supporting day-to-day import and export operations across North America, EMEA, and APAC. Partner cross-functionally across Legal, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Logistics to reduce regulatory risk, optimize customs and duty/FTAs, maintain accurate tariff and origin determinations, and ensure robust internal controls. Prepare for audits, respond to regulatory inquiries, and continuously improve compliance processes to keep global production moving.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and strengthen global trade compliance program and internal controls to minimize regulatory risk.
•Support day-to-day import and export operations while ensuring uninterrupted manufacturing and supply chain support.
•Optimize customs, duty, FTZ, and Free Trade Agreement opportunities while staying compliant with international trade regulations.
•Maintain tariff classifications, country of origin determinations, export control assessments, and denied party screening processes.
•Prepare for audits, respond to regulatory inquiries, monitor changing trade requirements, and continuously improve compliance processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of progressive experience in global trade compliance supporting manufacturing or multinational operations.
•Strong working knowledge of U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), HTS classification, export controls, Free Trade Agreements, denied party screening, and customs compliance.
•Experience supporting trade activity across multiple regions, including North America, EMEA, and APAC.
•Experience managing customs brokers, trade compliance vendors, or third-party logistics partners.
•Experience working with ERP and/or Global Trade Management (GTM) systems.
